고구마를 택배로 보내주셔서 어떻게 소진을 하나 고민하다가

생크림 넣고 고구마스프 만들었어요.

날씨가 쌀쌀해서인지 뜨끈하게 먹어주는 스프, 든든하면서도 맛있게 먹을 수 있어서 좋았는데요.

연말 파티나 홈파티때 메인 요리 전에 먹어주면 좋을 거 같더라고요.

홈파티 레시피로도 활용 가능한 생크림과 우유 넣은 고구마 스프에요.

서울우유 생크림, 속편한우유, 쭈~욱 늘어나는 체다치즈

고구마 2개, 양파 반개 준비해 줬어요.

고구마는 쪄서 잘 으깨주고

달군 후라이팬에 버터를 두르고 으깬 고구마와 잘게 썰은 양파를 넣어줍니다.

버터로 코팅하듯이 볶다가 속편한우유 반, 생크림은 자작할 정도까지 부어주고

약한 불에 끓여줍니다.

거의 다 끓였을 때 재료에 흡수가 돼서 걸쭉한 상태가 되는데

남은 우유와 생크림을 넣어주고 잠시 더 둔답니다.

믹서기에 곱게 가는 동안 크루통 만들어 주고, 빵도 데워줬어요.

그릇에 고구마 스프 담고 위에 체다치즈와 크루통 올려주면 완성~

사실 ㅋㅋ 체다치즈 스프 끓일 때 넣어줬어야 하는데

이것저것 하다가 그릇에 스프 담을 때 치즈 발견 ㅠㅠ

같이 안 먹으면 아쉬울 거 같아 포인트로 올려줬어요.

섞어주면 살짝 녹아서 체다치즈의 맛을 느끼며 먹어줄 수 있습니다.

고구마 에어프라이어에 돌려먹기만 했는데 스프로 먹으니 너무 맛있더라고요.

중간에 간을 해야 하는데 맛을 보니 싱겁지도 않고 달달한 맛도 적당해서

아무것도 넣지 않았어요.

빵 찍어 먹어도 맛있고 그냥 먹어도 맛있어서 완전 대만족~
